Waterfall Capital Investors have invested in 250+ bond transactions (in Senior, Junior & Mezzanine Finance), since inception throughout the debt and equity capital structure.
Innovation Brain is proud to partner with Waterfall Capital on greenhouses such as Hydroponic Greenhouses and fast moving consumer goods for their first joint efforts in the agriculture space. They will be marketing the greenhouse products in Greece and in the Balkans, building on the strong production capability and focused on high quality. Their main concern is to preserve jobs and grow a strong production base for healthy food for our customers in Greece and abroad. Greece enjoys a solid reputation for healthy and tasty food. The aim is to grow further and see significant growth potential for production in Plati but also in Xanthi and Serres area.
The Waterfall Capital Investors and Innovation Brain collaboration is a very strong and positive sign for the local investment and development climate. Bringing direct foreign investment, replacing current bank lending and delivering new capabilities for further growth is underlining the positive investment climate in Greece, namely in the agricultural sector.
This investment will be separate from EBZ, though it is focusing on the same sector to bring premium agriculture products from Greece to market. These acquisitions are part of long-term planning between Innovation Brain and WCI based on a specific growth plan.
